How AERO2 was born

A plain flat nose strip beside a contoured one with lengthwise channels and scalloped side cuts, both on black

The problem

We spent years using nose strips in races. But none of them were made for cyclists:

  • Low-grade materials and harsh adhesives irritated the skin
  • They peeled off with sweat or rain
  • They never fully opened the nasal passages
Several AERO2 nose strips scattered on black, each printed with the green AERO2 wordmark

The prototypes

That is when we decided to build our own: more than 100 prototypes and a year of testing later, AERO2 was born.

The build of the AERO2 strip

The build

  • High-resistance hypoallergenic adhesive
  • Silk fabric that does not irritate
  • Side cuts for maximum nose opening

The materials

materials

We chose materials that cost twice as much as those in a normal strip: we would rather invest there than in marketing.

02

Validated by the peloton

Before it was a brand, it was a training group testing prototypes. When the final version arrived, everyone agreed.

What defines us

We do not sell hype: we say what the product does and we prove it.

Just as nobody trains in bargain-bin sunglasses, you should not settle for a generic nose strip either.

To us it is equipment, not just another accessory.

Helping you breathe better and perform at your best, training after training, race after race.

That is the why behind AERO2.
